What happens when I submit my order and payment?

Once you submit your payment you will be directed to schedule your 20-minute clarity session. You will also receive a confirmation email with a brief survey so that we can get to know you better prior to your clarity session. This survey should be completed at least 48 hours prior to your session. Additional instructions on how to submit your documentation for the resume revision and/or coaching services will be provided within the email as well.

how fast will i receive my services?

Once all documentation has been received by our team, you can expect to receive your draft documents within 10 business days. For coaching clients, the resume revision process will begin after our first coaching session so that we can determine the focus and direction of your career goals. It will still be the same 10 day turnaround time for receiving your drafts.

can i request edits on my resume and cover letter?

Yes, you can request edits on any writing services that you have paid for. Once we send you the draft documents you have 7 business days to reply with any edits or corrections to your documents. If you are still unsatisfied with the documents we will schedule a one-time complimentary review session to review the resume and make the requested edits. Any other future revisions or edits will require additional payment for review and changes.

can i request a refund?

We do not provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with the final product, we will schedule a one-time complimentary review session with you to discuss the resume and complete the final version.

Please note that we take on clients based on availability and scheduling. This allows us to provide the best quality services to each client. Services are provided in the order received unless otherwise stated and agreed upon. By scheduling services and submitting payment you agree that you are ready to begin work on your career coaching, consulting, and resume services. Coaching services must be completed within 60 days unless otherwise stated and agreed upon prior to beginning services.

Once drafts are completed and sent for your review, you have 7 business days to submit any feedback for one round of revisions. After one round of revisions the product is final. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we will schedule a one-time complimentary review session with you to discuss the resume and complete the final version. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
